Instructions

Ingredients
- 2 Oz. Rye gin
- .25 Whole Orange – don't peel it!
- 5 Fresh Mint leaves
Instructions
- In your cocktail shaker, add you 1/4 orange and mint leaves. You may want to chop the orange into smaller pieces.
- Smash it all. Really well. Rage smash, if that suits you.
- Add your rye gin and ice to your shaker.
- Shake well, even more so than you normally would.
- Double strain to filter out all mint and orange chunks.

- 2 Oz. Gin
- 1.5 Oz. Sweet and sour mix – use homemade
- 1 Tsp. Raspberry jam
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigoriously, perhaps a bit longer than you normally would to really break up the jam.
- Double strain into your coupe glass.
Notes
To make your own sweet and sour mix, it’s super easy!
Combine 1 part lemon juice and 1 part simple syrup with 1/2 part lime juice. Make any quantity you like with these proportions and store in the fridge. It has a limited shelf life.
