The Poire Iver is a simple cocktail that combines gin, pear liqueur, and dry vermouth.
Equipment
- Cocktail stirring glass and barspoon.
- Coupe or martini glass.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Dry Vermouth
- .75 Oz. Pear liqueur or pear brandy
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients into a cocktail glass and stir with ice.
- Strain into your coupe or martini glass.
- Sip slowly!
