#1 The Elderflower and Cucumber Gimlet.
The Elderflower and Cucumber Gimlet
Gin, elderflower, cucumber, and lime create this Elderflower and Cucumber Gimlet gin drink.
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker and strainer(s)
- Your choice of glassware, martini glass or coupe.
- Maybe a muddler.
Ingredients
- 2 Oz. Gin Try Hendrick's for the cucumber hints.
- 1 Oz. Elderflower liqueur
- 1 Oz. Lime juice
- Cucumber slices for muddling or garnish
Instructions
- Combine your ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Do your shaking thing.
- Strain into your cocktail glass, garnish with cucumber.
Notes
If you would like more cucumber flavor, muddle a few pieces of cucumber in your cocktail shaker before you add ice and shake.
#2 Elderflower Aviation
Elderflower Aviation Gin Cocktail
A little twist on the Aviation to add flavors of Elderflower.
Equipment
- Shaker and strainer, coupe glass.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Lemon juice
- .5 Oz. Maraschino cherry liquor
- .5 Oz. Elderflower liquor
- Luxardo cherry For garnish!
Instructions
- Chill your coupe glass.
- In the meantime, combine your gin, lemon juice, maraschino liquor, and elderflower liquor into a shaker with ice.
- Mix it all up.
- Strain over your coupe after you have tossed your chilling ice.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and lemon.
#3 Elderflower Gin and Tonic
Elderflower Gin and Tonic
A nice way to fancy up your gin and tonic cocktail with the hint of elderflower.
Equipment
- Balloon glass
- Cocktail spear if you like
Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz. Gin try a London dry variety
- .5 Oz. Elderflower liqueur like St. Germaine
- Indian or Indian light tonic water
- Lemon peel for the oils!
Instructions
- Add your gin and elderflower liqueur directly to your balloon glass, already filled with ice.
- Top with tonic water, to taste.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.

This unique gin cocktail pairs yellow Chartreuse with gin, fresh lime juice, and a dash of orange bitters. Totally unique, sweet and herbal, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- 1 Oz. Elderflower
- .75 Oz. Lime juice
- .5 Oz. Yellow Chartreurse
- 1 Dash Orange bitters
Instructions
- Super simple! Gather all of your ingredients and toss them in a cocktail shaker.
- Add some ice and shake away.
- Strain into your coupe, and add a bit of fresh lime peel to garnish.

Make a great refresher with gin, elderflower, ginger beer, a hint of mint and lime.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker!
- Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 Oz. Gin
- 1 Oz. Elderflower liqueur
- 6 Oz. Ginger beer
- Lime to squeeze and garnish
- Mint to garnish
Instructions
- In your cocktail shaker, combine your gin, elderflower, and ice.
- Shake it up!
- Pour into your Collins glass over crushed ice.
- Top with ginger beer, a squeeze of lime, amd mint.

- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Elderflower liqueur
- .75 Oz. Pineapple juice
- Splash Lemon juice
- Splash Simple syrup
- Prosecco to finish
- Dehydrated lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients in a shaker – except for the bubbles!
- Use ice in your shaker to make sure it's all nice and chill.
- Strain into your champagne glass, and top with prosecco or your favorite bubbles, and a dehydrated lemon. Or lime. Or pineapple. Or whatever.

Instructions
- Use a rocks glass, or bigger, to create this Jump High drink.
- In your shaker, add your gin, elderflower liqueur, and apple juice.
- Give it a good shake, and transfer to your rocks glass, or collins glass, already filled with ice.
- Top with your ginger ale.
