The Martinez, with Orange

Try this version of the classic Martinez cocktail, with orange. This replaces the maraschino and adds an old twist on this old gin drink.

Equipment

  • Cocktail glass to stir.
  • Barspoon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz. Old Tom Gin
  • 1.5 Oz. Sweet vermouth
  • 1 Barspoon Cointreau
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients in your mixing glass.
  • Add ice and swirl away!
  • Strain into your coupe glass and enjoy.
  • Garnish with a bit of fresh orange, perhaps a twist?
