The Cherry Tart 75
Nothing says subtle lemon and cherry flavors more than the Cherry Tart 75. This modern and adjustable recipe lets you turn the tartness and cherry up or down.
- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Lemon juice
- .5 Oz. Simple Syrup
- .25 Oz. Luxardo or Maraschino liqueur
- Luxardo cherry
Set your champagne flute aside, perhaps you want to chill it.
In a shaker with ice, add your gin, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and simple syrup.
Really give things a good shake.
Strain into your champagne flute.
Top with Brut and your garnish of choice, preferably a Luxardo cherry.
