The Violette 75
A light and bubbly variation of the French 75. Be mindful of how much Crème de Violette you use, as it can make any drink taste like the color purple.
- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Grapefruit juice , or any other type of juice. Experiment!
- .50 Oz. Crème de Violette
- .25 Oz. Simple syrup
- Brut To top it all off with
- Lemon twist or grapefruit twist To garnish
In your shaker, combine everything except your Brut. Gin, Crème de Violette, and juice.
Shake until thoroughly cold.
Strain into your champagne flute and top with Brut.
Your twist of choice to finish!
