The Better Heather Gin Cocktail
A lovely and strong mix of citrus, Pavan, vermouth, and gin. Go easy - it's delicious and goes down fast!
Equipment
- Shaker and coupe glass!
Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz. Gin
- .75 Oz. Pavan This is a must!
- .75 Oz. Sweet Vermouth
- .75 Oz. Lime juice Treat yourself with some fresh squeezed lime.
- Dehydrated Lime To garnish
Instructions
- Chill your coupe glass! Toss any ice you are using before you pour.
- Toss your gin, Pavan, lime juice, and sweet vermouth into a shaker. With ice!
- Mix it up, and strain.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime, and enjoy!
