- Champagne glass
Ingredients
- 1 Oz. Gin
- .5 Oz. Honey syrup
- .5 Oz. Lemon juice - optional
- Prosecco to top
Instructions
- Combine your ingredietns right in your champagne glass!
- Start with gin, then add honey syrup.
- You can also add some lemon juice to smooth out the intense honey flavors.
- Top with prosecco or cava or champagne.
Notes
To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and warm water. Stir or shake until thoroughly smoothed out. Store in the fridge.
