Rye Be Bitter Gin Cocktail

This Rye Be Bitter gin cockail pairs bold rye gin with Aperol and citrus for a unique drink.

Equipment

  • Cockail shaker
  • Fancy glass of your choice - like a Martini glass

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz. Rye gin
  • .5 Oz. Aperol
  • .5 Oz. Lime juice
  • .75 Oz. Simple syrup
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters
  • Orange peel to garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously with ice.
  • Strain and serve with an orange twist.
