Grenadine Syrup from Pomegranate Juice
Make your own grenadine cocktail syrup from pomegranate juice. No high-fructose corn syrup in this recipe. And it's so pretty.
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Pomegranate juice
Combine your sugar and pomegranate juice on the stovetop.
Bring things up to a boil, stirring to encourage the sugar to dissolve.
Let things simmer a bit to thicken up.
Cool and store in a jar! Keep your fresh grenadine in the fridge for safekeeping for a few weeks.
