Gin and Campari Old Fashioned

Enjoy the bitter, enjoy the subtle orange flavors, and enjoy the amazing potency of the Gin and Campari Old Fashioned.

Equipment

  • Shaker and rocks glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz. Gin Perhaps start with a London Dry style
  • 1 Bar Spoon Campari liqueur
  • 1 Bar Spoon SImple syrup
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters
  • Orange zest This is your garnish!

Instructions

  • If you have some "circle ice" or a giant cube, this is best for your rocks glass.
  • In a shaker, combine your gin, Campari, simple syrup, orange bitters, and shake with ice. But not your circle ice, just regular ice will do.
  • Strain over your rocks glass, garnish with orange peel. You can always express the orange oil into your glass for a bit more punch of orange flavor.
  • Sip slowly and enjoy!
