Chambord 75
The Chambord 75 gin cocktail celebrates raspberries, gin, and your choice of bubbles.
Equipment
- Champagne glass
- Barspoon (optional)
- Cocktail spear for your garnish
Ingredients
- .5 Oz. Gin
- .5 Oz. Chambord berry liqueur
- Champagne or bubbles to top
- Berries for garnish
Instructions
- Layer your ingredients in your champagne glass.
- Start with Chambord.
- Using a barspoon to create clear layers, or not, add the gin down the back of the spoon.
- Finish with champagne, cava, prosecco, your choice of bubbles. Use a barspoon to minimize mixing of the layers, if you like.
- Garnish with your choice of berry.
