The Eventide Gin Cocktail

The Eventide Gin Cocktail is simple and quick to make, equal parts Cocchi Americano and Gin, with a touch of bitters. It's strong, unique, and delicious!

Equipment

  • Mixing glass and bar spoon.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz. Gin
  • 1.5 Oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients in a mixing glass
  • Add ice
  • Stir well, and stir for longer than you think is necessary.
  • Strain and garnish with twist!
