Sky Juice Gin Drink
I was first introduced to Sky Juice in the Bahamas, where one eats and drinks all things tropical. As one should. I’m not such a huge fan of coconut or coconut flavors, but this weirdly milky drink, also known as Gully Wash, is pretty good! If you absolutely LOVE coconut, this one is a must for you.
You can, if you like, serve this in a coconut. If you are all out of spare coconuts, go for a regular ol’ glass. This recipe does create quite a bit of Sky Juice, so the bigger the glass the better.

Variations on the recipe for Sky Juice.
If you love coconut chunks, find a coconut water that has some. Don’t strain, and your cocktail will be edible and drinkable. The Goya brand that I used did have some smaller coconut chunks in it.
If you would like more depth to the spices of this drink, mix them in. The easiest way to do this is to add nutmeg and cinnamon directly to your condensed milk and then make your drink.
Sky Juice can be described as “milky booze with a touch of coconut”. Add as much nutmeg and/or cinnamon as you like to spice it up.
